Instructions for appearing in the interview.


Candidates who have passed JEST / PST test are advised to prepare certified copy of the following certificates / papers so that District Education Officer Elementary Secondary, Higher Secondary / Chairperson District Selection Committee Collect in the office of The schedule for submission of certificates / papers will be issued soon by the Chairperson District Selection Committee, while the original certificates will be seen at the time of interview.

1. Admit card

2. Sukkur IBA Result Page 

3. 2 passport size photographs

4. National Identity Card (Size)

5. Matric pass cooked head certificate and mark sheet 

6. Inter pass cooked head certificate and mark sheet 7

7. Graduation Pass Certificate / Degree 

8. Graduation mark sheet

9. Masters Degree and Mark Sheet 11. Domicile Certificate

10. Professional Degree (B.Ed, M.Ed)

12. PRC Form-D

13. National Identity Card with Disability Certificate and Wheelchase Logo (for Special Persons / Disabled Only)


Note: Candidates should submit only those copies of certificates / papers which they had uploaded on Sukkur IBA web portal.

Those Candidates which have selected in JEST have to submitter three files with following Documents at DEO office Sanghar File no. 01 With Original Documents. Two Pics attested JEST Offer letter original Medical Certificate Original (Civil Hospital) Police Verification Certificate Original (spacial Branch) Original Acceptance letter (Affidavit 100 rupee ) Original Demand Draft  ( Amount varies Uni to Uni ) 03 Photo copies of Demand Draft 03 Copies of Degree/Pass certificate Educational Certificates attested copy Domicile and PRC  Copies Residency Certificate Copy   File no. 02 & 03: Copy of File no 01.
