Those Candidates which have selected in JEST have to submitter three files with following Documents at DEO office Sanghar File no. 01 With Original Documents. Two Pics attested JEST Offer letter original Medical Certificate Original (Civil Hospital) Police Verification Certificate Original (spacial Branch) Original Acceptance letter (Affidavit 100 rupee ) Original Demand Draft ( Amount varies Uni to Uni ) 03 Photo copies of Demand Draft 03 Copies of Degree/Pass certificate Educational Certificates attested copy Domicile and PRC Copies Residency Certificate Copy File no. 02 & 03: Copy of File no 01. Note: 1 or 2 attested copy of every document and picture also keep with you it's my personal suggestion and also told them that they should attached your original DD in file no 01 . Thank you
